My wife has decided to embark on a 10-day diet known as the Master Cleanse. The premise of the diet is to feed yourself nothing but lemonade/maple syrip drinks for ten days, to the exclusion of all other foods.
The intent is not just to shed a few pounds, but to cleanse your body of all of the toxins and sugars that build up in your system, as a result of all the processed foods you feed yourself. The diet is intended to leave you cleansed, refreshed, and energetic.
I'm hoping she has all of these results.
