Election Day

Woke up extra early today so that I could be at my precinct this morning well before it opened at 6:30AM. I was 10th in line at 5:45AM. Byt 6:30, several hundred or so had formed a line. I was lucky to get through the booth at 6:45AM.

I voted for Obama-Biden, as well as Pat McRory for NC governor and the two Libertarian candidates for Senate and US House District 9 respectively. For Mecklenburg County Commission, I voted for Dan Murrey (and no one else, to make it count).

I'll be watching the returns late tonight on CNN.

My broker friend, Jim Locke, plans to stay up so late he told me he won't even go to work tomorrow.
